It looks like there is a bit of a mix between Mexico and Chile in the comments. Also, just to make sure, has the change been tested?

I have fixed Mexico references in the header.

I have tested this by building the script and replacing the one I have in Tampermonkey (copy-pasted). After that, the error messages appear in spanish for me. Also, I have shared that for chilean community and asking for feedback just in case. That's why the PR/branch in WMEValidator/validator/pull/112 has build js. I can remove before it merging.
