docs(lifeops): hold calendar production readiness follow-up

This is a holding draft so the Milady-side follow-up does not get lost.

Current purpose

• preserve the updated proactive LifeOps plan/status in-repo
• reserve the top-level Milady PR slot for the final eliza pointer update

Not ready to merge yet

This PR intentionally does not move the eliza submodule pointer yet.
That follow-up depends on:

• elizaOS/cloud#472
• elizaOS/eliza#7072

Once those land upstream, this draft should be updated to:

• advance only the eliza pointer
• keep unrelated local branch dirt out of the PR

Why keep this open now

The work chain is split across cloud, eliza, and top-level milady. This draft preserves the Milady-side handoff and makes the final pointer PR trivial once the upstream dependencies merge.

Adds 2026-04-23-proactive-life-agent-plan.md documenting the multi-phase roadmap for a proactive life-aware agent. Phase 1 (multi-calendar foundation) is marked complete; upcoming phases cover briefing composition, desktop startup briefings, and scheduled dispatch.
