Add tab title foreground colors for active and inactive tabs

This PR adds explicit tab foreground color definitions to both the dark and light Dazzle themes to ensure proper tab text visibility and contrast.

Problem

The original theme files were missing tab.activeForeground and tab.inactiveForeground properties, causing VSCode to use default colors instead of theme-appropriate tab text colors. This resulted in poor visibility and inconsistent styling with the overall theme design.

Solution

Added explicit tab foreground color properties to both theme variants:

Dark Theme (dazzle-dark.json):

• tab.activeForeground: #ffffff (white for active tabs)
• tab.inactiveForeground: #999999 (grey for inactive tabs)

Light Theme (dazzle-light.json):

• tab.activeForeground: #17181d (dark text for readability on light background)
• tab.inactiveForeground: #666666 (grey for inactive tabs)

Changes Made

• Added 2 lines to themes/dazzle-dark.json
• Added 2 lines to themes/dazzle-light.json
• Updated .gitignore to exclude build artifacts

Validation

• ✅ JSON files validated successfully
• ✅ Extension packages without errors (355KB .vsix file created)
• ✅ Minimal changes with proper contrast ratios
• ✅ Consistent with existing theme color palette

The changes ensure that active tabs have high contrast (white/dark) while inactive tabs use subdued grey tones, improving the overall user experience and tab readability.

Fixes #1.
