I just realized that there is a v3.10 branch. I'll rebase these changes once 3.10 gets released and it gets merged into master. |

Allows video and audio attachments to be sent from the app. Previously they could only be received and viewed. Please give me feedback on my changes. I am willing to change how some of it is done.
