Reverts the prior Node.js version bump (commit 39211baf...) by pinning CI and Evergreen configuration back to Node.js 24.14.1, along with the corresponding Node release metadata.

- Downgrade pinned Node.js version from

.evergreen/node-24-latest.jsonmetadata to match Node.js24.14.1(including release date, security flag, and bundled npm version).

It currently introduces a Windows regression so we temporarily revert it to keep CI green.
