Welcome to V13!
If you are unaware, recent Foundry releases have been working toward adoption of a new UI scheme, utilizing a more modern framework (ApplicationV2 as it's known). This I took as a motivator to finally gut the system of its old, clunky, and often incompatible styling, as well as the some of the oldest code in the system: the sheets. According to Git, almost 35,000 deletions have been made, half of which was the old CSS file.
Not to worry, the styling has been entirely redone in a more modular and smart way (less conflicting or pervasive). With these improvements come the ability to toggle or modify different parts of the styling.
Sheets
Under AppV2, Actor and Item sheets have had their underlying code entirely replaced. The most notable result from this is that every sort of list in an Actor / Item sheet (like listing Talents or Active Effects) have had their controls collapsed into a dropdown menu instead of cramming them into the list itself. The "consequence" is that this requires 2 clicks to delete, edit or post an Item, but I feel like it's easier to be able to right click anywhere on that Item and select that option instead of having to precisely click the correct option.
Note: Character Creation has not been updated to AppV2. Though it is still functional, it may look rather ugly for the time being.
Initialization
The process of initializing modules has changed slightly. Instead of a flood of popups asking for initialization, the modules can be initialized in a centralized application located in the system settings. See the Wiki page for more info.

Official Modules
All official modules have been updated to 7.0.0 and applications included in these modules have been rewritten for AppV2, such as the RNHD Clock or the Archives 2 Army menu

Lots of bug fixes and quality of life! Sorry I haven't been able to promptly address the issue backlog, there is much to do across the different systems for the upcoming V13 update!
Somewhat related, most Items now have a V2 sheet option available! Like Actors, you can change the sheet for an Item using the Cog button at the top of the sheet.

When adding a specialized Skill without a specialization, you are now prompted for one, additionally, when making that choice for a career skill, the career Item is automatically updated

Marking a new career as current will now prompt you to "link" it with a previous career of the same group. If so, the system will take all the skills of the previous tier and replace the same ones in the new career, preserving any choices made for specializations.
