- Ingredient items with
Itemtype effects are now executed when that ingredient is used to cast spells - Fix
targetedscripts not working with spells/prayers after the refactor - Fix Healing only applying to Actor that rolled. This should fix the Heal script, however Rest & Recover can still only be applied to self.
- Fix critical hits not automatically registering the correct left or right limb when rolled from a test.

- Using Magic/Prayers has been refactored! This is an attempt to decouple the usage of magic from the Test, this makes it much easier to create an item that "casts a spell" without the need to roll a test.
- NOTE: There are a ton of edge cases here and issues may arise, please report them on Discord quickly so I can patch!
- Implement the ability to dispel Casting tests
- Rest & Recover has been updated to use a button instead of drag and drop (#2514)
