CitizenRegistrationApp: All CRUD operations included for this app

Create a database and create table and columns as I named them and create a connection

To start the application follow these procedures:

1. Start your apache-tomcat server and deploy this app on the server

2. Open your browser and run the check whether the server is running on the server port then run the pages after deploying. For example here is one of the links I used to run a page http://localhost:8080//Revision/Citizen/registerCitizen.html. my folder is called Revision the folder containing my pages is Citizen then I requested for the html form
