Add Configuring Policy Parameters section documenting the Inject MCP Name Headers parameter for the MCP Support policy. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Rename the parameter to Inject MCP Element Headers and document the new x-ms-mcp-element-id / x-ms-mcp-element-type header pair that replaces the per-method x-ms-mcp-tool-name / -prompt-name / -resource-uri headers. Reflects mulesoft-emu/microgateway-hybrid-policies#743 (mcp-support 1.1.1). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
