Fix several minor typos and grammatical errors in Lab_Setup/scenario_1_setup/README.md:
- Correct spelling: 'Codespac', 'Codepsace' -> 'Codespace', 'hoover' -> 'hover'
- Fix grammar: 'This is there' -> 'This is where', 'allow us run' -> 'allow us to run'
- Fix pluralization: 'display all message' -> 'display all messages'
- Refactor topology sentence for clarity ("which we can inspect using the following commands")
