Adding Latchkey, a managed GitHub Actions runner service. I matched the format of the existing entries and kept it to verifiable facts with links, no marketing language.
What makes it different from the others already on the list: rather than only making the job faster, the runner classifies a failing step at runtime and repairs it in place before retrying (registry timeouts, Docker pull rate limits, OOM kills, full disks, missing system packages). Real defects are explicitly never retried or modified.
