The purpose is to create my own structure

1. Utilize the latest Android technologies such as Compose, modularization, version catalog, build logic with conventions, and update to the latest Gradle Plugin (GPA), among others.
2. Update to the newest Kotlin version and upgrade dependencies for compatibility.
3. Incorporate GitHub Actions for tasks such as linting, building APKs, and running Sonar analysis.
