Massive update for waytrogen

1. Fix hyprpaper support.
2. Added support for external scripts after a wallpaper has been changed as a command line option.
3. Added listing of wallpaper state in JSON format.
4. Added random wallpaper setting based on last set wallpaper changer.
5. Reduced memory footprint while changing in the same wallpaper changer.
6. Lots of bugs fixes.
