Capital.ph - Stellar Blockchain Lending Platform

Overview

Capital.ph is a fintech platform designed to bridge OFW (Overseas Filipino Worker) remittances with microlending services for Filipino families. By leveraging the Stellar blockchain network, we enable instant, low-cost cross-border money transfers that can be seamlessly converted into collateralized microloans.

Vision

"From Remittance to Financial Inclusion"

Every year, OFWs send over $37 billion back to the Philippines — the 3rd largest remittance corridor globally. Yet most of this money flows through expensive traditional channels, and recipients have limited access to formal credit. Capital.ph closes this gap by:

  1. Reducing remittance costs via Stellar's near-zero transaction fees
  2. Converting remittances into financial tools through collateralized lending
  3. Building credit history for the underbanked Filipino population
