Add Dynasty Dealer trade calculator to the dynasty resources list

Adds Dynasty Dealer (https://www.dynastydealer.com) to the resources list.

It's a free dynasty trade calculator that prices players and picks from real Sleeper trades blended with disclosed community votes — so it complements the existing FantasyCalc and DynastyProcess entries for leagues that like comparing tools. Placed it right after FantasyCalc in the calculator group (matching the existing icon/premium/dynastyOnly shape).

Thanks for maintaining this template — it's a great starting point for league sites.
