What changed
Define projects as the working context for one deliverable, with a persistent top selector, separate tab sessions, project-owned resources, and multiple chats. Specify Personal migration for unassigned content, independent copies with dependencies, background work ownership, and archive/delete behavior.
Add a companion breakdown of 10 tasks with dependencies and acceptance criteria. Record unresolved implementation details without treating them as approved product decisions.
