Ports Privana docs from the Webflow source (https://privana.finance/docs) to Docusaurus at
docs/. The source was authored pre-rename (still mentions FlexVaults), so FlexVaults -> Privana is updated here. The literal "FlexVaults whitepaper" citation is preserved.A follow-up PR will tighten the writing. This PR is the port, not a rewrite.
