On Ubuntu+Chrome I needed chrome://flags/#enable-experimental-web-platform-features + chrome://flags/#enable-web-bluetooth
On Windows+Chrome can not enable, not even with flags
On iphone maybe with https://apps.apple.com/us/app/bluefy-web-ble-browser/id1492822055
On Android+Chrome it looks broken but solvable with a workaround:
