Refactor PrometheusAgent configuration to resolve pod termination and enable proper metric collection.
The PrometheusAgent pod was terminating due to missing resource limits and an incomplete remote write configuration. This PR addresses these by adding proper resource requests/limits, configuring the remote write queue, and correcting
writeRelabelConfigsfor accurate metric processing before remote sending. Additionally, ServiceMonitor endpoint configurations were enhanced with explicit paths and specificrelabelConfigsfor targets like kubelet, ensuring comprehensive metric collection.
