The deaths/assists/denies per minute benchmarks added in odota/core#2970 currently render with blank column headers on the match Benchmarks tab, since the table builds columns from the response keys and their strings don't exist yet. Adds the th_/tooltip_ entries following the existing KPM/LHM convention (DPM, AsPM, DNM).
