What have you changed and why?

Information:
Turned out there was much more to do than initially anticipated.

• Fix: Replaced removed SEP classes.
• Fix: Added Flying Legends/Secret Weapons Reloaded compat to SPE_IFA factions
• Spiced up SEP factions with new guns and equipment
• SEP Polish Résistance clothing
• Made "Civilian Jeep" able to appear in more colours with SPEX
• Added compatibility for [23PzD] Sonderkraftfahrzeuge (Sd.Kfz251 variants) for german SPE_IFA/SPEX/SEP factions
• Added compatibility for SPEV (Puma AC & T17 Boarhound AC) for SPE based german faction and SPEX/SEP UK factions
• Added compatibility for M24 light tank mod for allied factions
• Added compatibility for M36 tank destroyer mod for allied factions
• Added variants of M24 and M36 for use in other modsets.
• Added shield-less M2 AA mount, for SEP ACAF & IHAC. Future use on non-SPE maps for other factions?
