moved Weisel AA tank into Tanks moved jets across all non-2035 templates into actually being Jets dependent and replaced them with buzzards changed the EF woodland fighter classname to not be dumb

Moved jets across all non-2035 templates into actually being Jets dependent and replaced them with buzzards by default
Changed the EF woodland fighter classname to not be dumb. I have since grown as a person
