  • Migrates okta_captcha and okta_captcha_org_wide_settings to Terraform Plugin Framework using generated implementations. Adds generated resources and data sources for both okta_captcha and okta_org_captcha, removes the old SDKv2 implementations, adds example TF fixtures, and adds VCR cassettes for new acceptance tests.
