Introduce web/tutorial.html with incremental lessons (hello, PRINT, variables, INPUT, IF, FOR, REM, playground) using RgcBasicTutorialEmbed. Extend wasm_tutorial_embed_test to require tutorial.html and smoke-test the first lesson after Run. Co-authored-by: Chris Garrett <chris@chrisg.com>
