This pull request updates several core components and applies a minor documentation change:

curl/Dockerfile-QUIC)The
quichelibrary (used for HTTP/3 support) requiresrustcversion 1.81 or higher. Since this version is not available in Ubuntu’s default repositories,rustupis used incurl/Dockerfile-QUICto install the correct toolchain.This step ensures compatibility with
quiche v0.23.5. Oncerustc >= 1.81becomes available viaapt, the manual installation usingrustupcan be replaced with a standard package-based approach.
