- Remove micrometer from instrumentations.sh and revert collectMetadata wiring in build.gradle.kts, metric bridges will be handled separately per open-telemetry#15333 - Drop confusing description and classification: internal from liberty-dispatcher metadata - Add HTTP_SERVER_METRICS and config options to both liberty metadata files based on their actual instrumenter builders
