| Defines feature flag evaluation as an event. | ||

| A `feature_flag.evaluation` event SHOULD be emitted whenever a feature flag value is evaluated, which may happen many times over the course of an application lifecycle. For example, a website A/B testing different animations may evaluate a flag each time a button is clicked. A `feature_flag.evaluation` event is emitted on each evaluation even if the result is the same. | ||

| **[5] `gen_ai.data_source.id`:** Data sources are used by AI agents and RAG applications to store grounding data. A data source may be an external database, object store, document collection, website, or any other storage system used by the GenAI agent or application. The `gen_ai.data_source.id` SHOULD match the identifier used by the GenAI system rather than a name specific to the external storage, such as a database or object store. Semantic conventions referencing `gen_ai.data_source.id` MAY also leverage additional attributes, such as `db.*`, to further identify and describe the data source. | ||

Progresses #3036
Changes
This mirrors both otel.io and the specification repo by utilising textlint to perform text corrections and checking of text as part of the CI process. All changes have been automated using the tool with the exception of adding briefs to only the enums requiring it so that the docs can pass.
Important
Pull requests acceptance are subject to the triage process as described in Issue and PR Triage Management.
PRs that do not follow the guidance above, may be automatically rejected and closed.
