Move build and test dirs into appropriate steps Remove default CMake generator, keep fail-fast approach if generator name is empty Fix numpy installation issue by defining versions array explicitly
Replace hard-coded python version list with env variable
Remove python versions list and proceed with preinstalled one Move NSIS install back to build_windows job (out of action scope)
