Generation and storage times eries are set to zero for not-convered time steps. Otherwise, there are sometimes very large values inserted, which can cause errors in the spatial disaggregation.

I also added two minor changes in the import and export of the etrago object.
This branch was tested in combination with #853 for an annual calculation successfully.
