Start implement Enedis 2026 api changes on linky binding
Description
This PR is about implementing new Enedis API that will be available at start of 2026.
Old Api endpoint would be deprecated later this year.
This is a work in progress, very early stage.
Don't expect anything working on this branch at this point.
