Archiving the repository

Now that the new OpenHW Foundation site is on Word Press, it would be a good idea to archive this repository as read-only.

Here is what I recommend: import this GitHub project into Eclipse GitLab so we have a backup of the code. Since the code is no longer used, we can keep the code private. This would also give us a a new area to track issues for the site.

Before making the GitHub repository read-only, I would update the README to point people to the new issue queue, so they know where to report issues going forward as we did in the past for other sites: https://github.com/EclipseFdn/iot.eclipse.org#ioteclipseorg
