DeepWiki publishes AI-generated documentation from repos, and this PR adds a Badge with a link to the repo. That badge also triggers the auto-maintenance of the docs on that site.
I've also updated the top of the README to drop the "Hey, we've just joined OWF" news and update the ToIP Model link.
