- Updated Flake8 from version 3.8.3 to 5.0.4 and isort from 5.10.1 to 5.12.0 in the pre-commit configuration.
- Revised download links for dataset and pretrained models in both English and Chinese documentation.

- Changed the runner environment from Ubuntu 18.04 to Ubuntu 22.04 in both build and lint workflows.
- Eliminated the installation of Ruby 2.7 from the pre-commit hook setup in the linting workflow, streamlining the process.
