This Pr introduces the water cloud model for the inundated vegetation. Unlike the dual-polarization method, the water-cloud model based IV detection is designed to fit the backscattering level along the canopy height and detect the abnormal backscatter. The method interpret the brighter pixels as the inundated vegetation due to the double-bounce scattering.
