Seascape publishes free bathymetry tiles designed to sit under or alongside OSM basemaps, and OSM data is part of the pipeline: the osmdata.openstreetmap.de land polygons mask coarse bathymetry at the shoreline, credited in the tile attribution. Disclosure: I'm the author.
