Previously discussed but never documented, this clarifies the role of the SIG in supporting ORBIT software.
This will help the SIG keep visibility on what capabilities are available for end users.
The ORBIT TSC should notify the SIG when quarterly reviews are due (based on the TAC schedule) and the SIG can pass that reporting requirement along to the maintainers of supported tools.
