Tune SC4ANM and RAG-Novelty baselines after ablation SC4ANM: reduce token truncation from 2000 to 500 per section (reduces over-prediction), add abstract to prompt, remove redundant novelty definition paragraph. RAG-Novelty: simplify to final configuration (all papers, raw abstracts). Remove unused ablation parameters (k, use_summaries). Clean up unused sc4anm-rd variant and format_rd_sections.
