This PR fixes issue #26 and sets up the Cricket Service to deliver all Cricket related service routes.
The PR creates independent entities : CricketStates , CricketEvent and CricketFormat under the Cricket Module.
It also creates the additional endpoints as specified in he prior mentioned issue. All the created endpoints were tested using Postman and MongoDB Compass.
