Build workflow system to support any JS library withing decentraland build.

Instructions:

npm install on root folder and server folder
open with vscode
rum server from launch tool (.vscode/launch.json)

open 2 terminals on root folder of this project
execute in first one: npm run bundle-watch
execute in second one: dcl start

open http://localhost:2567/monitor  , user manafever password sammich

The code of client game is on meta.ts
The code of server is on server folder
