Adds the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon to the site layout when PUBLIC_CLOUDFLARE_WEB_ANALYTICS_TOKEN is present, and passes the repository token secret/variable through during the Pages build.\n\nVerification:\n- npm run check\n- PUBLIC_CLOUDFLARE_WEB_ANALYTICS_TOKEN=test-token npm run build\n- git diff --check
