MuSiCal looses signatures when refitting against reduced set of signatures

Cool tool! I'm trying to apply it to some WGS data.
When I do the refitting against the entire 96-signature catalog, I see the signatures I'm looking for. However, when I reduce the catalog to the signatures I'm expecting(10 signatures), the signatures that appeared when refitting against the whole signature catalog do not appear anymore even though they are part of the reduced catalog. Any thoughts on why this could be happening?

Hi, sorry for the very late reply. The behavior you described is indeed expected because different input signature set can produce different refitting results under the same threshold parameter. If it is still helpful to you, you can send me the data you were looking at and provide more information on exactly what you were expecting to see and did not see. I can try to look into it.
