A telgram bot connected able to send and recieve text, media and files send on telegram and interact with them through telegramAPI. It can be connected to any model, here an imagge compression model, to exchange data through json. The Image compression model works on PCA( Principal component Analysis) algorithm and to compress an image keeping a high amount of variance.
