Adds checkbox to push using --force-with-lease. Note: if both "force" checkboxes are checked, both "--force" and "--force-with-lease" options are added to the git push command.

The quick-n-dirty patch adds an option to use --force-with-lease.
Instead of merging this, it would probably be better to simply change the current option from --force to --force-with-lease. I can't think of a use-case that would require the use of "--force" instead of "--force-with-lease" in an interactive gui.
