I had to make an account and log in to gitlab before it would even let me search the site! This blew my mind. But anyway as a logged in user the URL does work. In a private tab it does not. Gitlab has a strange stance on that I guess? Maybe I'll add a note, one sec.

Hi @paulromano and @partofthething . I think they use GitHub repo now. Also, I think their goal is general code, not necessarily limited to oxidic fuel only (though I am unsure what is the current status of the supported fuel types).

Could you please review my suggestion and merge this PR, if applicable?
