Description

Per Issue #127
Switch to using dotnet9 instead of Mono to run.
Remove Mono specific script requirements.
Pull the latest linux_x64 build of Nitrox.
Copy the server.cfg file from root into the correct save folder on run.
(I do not know how to dynamically save server.cfg into the correct directory from variables config.)
