Make routine runs continuable sessions

Summary

• Run desktop routines inside a new agent session whose ID matches the runtime run ID
• Emit backend-created routine sessions to the frontend and upsert/select them in the session store
• Preserve routine profile/provider/MCP context for follow-up chat messages
• Document that routine executions are continuable sessions
