Add iOS Keyboard section with GuruIM

What

Add a new iOS Keyboard subsection under the Android section, similar to the existing Android Keyboard section. Currently there is no iOS keyboard category — iOS users face the same privacy concerns with GBoard and SwiftKey.

About GuruIM

GuruIM is an open-source iOS keyboard built on the RIME engine with a strict privacy-first approach:
