robot not connecting

hi i have poppy torso and i download the latest pre-installed image for raspberry pi 4, but when i try to connect to the robot it keep given me this error

if you are using the USB2Ax module then there should be wiring issue if you are using U2D2 module then you the os is not compatible with the module so you have to use USB2Ax module it is convenient and compatible
