Reduced the diff. Was mostly caused by oxfmt using a default of 100 char width and prettier using 80. Note that I've excluded json + yml for now as oxfmt formats them very differently. |

This PR replaces
prettierwithoxfmt. There are a quite a bunch of formatting changes, but they seem good. Since we don't have that many open PRs it might be a good time to do it now.
