Also, cleaned up nested completable futures. Made calls return completable future. Error logging and handling is inside these calls now.
Added missing JsonTypeName annotation
Doing this because the exception thrown by the navigator was a edu.stanford.protege.commitnavigator.exceptions.RepositoryException
*.owl searches in the top level direct. We need **/*.owl to search sub-directories
